Unfortunately, ccan-upstream/* files are missing from tarball that I 
downloaded from github:

    https://github.com/luke-jr/bfgminer/archive/bfgminer-4.2.0.tar.gz

I realise that complete tarballs are no longer to be found on Github hence I'm 
switching package watch file to monitor the following location:

    http://luke.dashjr.org/programs/bitcoin/files/bfgminer/
