[Pkg-bitcoin-devel] Bug#767719: Bug#767719: Bug#767719: cgminer: failed to connect to minergate service

I have built it with those options and think that is the safe way to go for
Jessie.  I will post over to the bitcointalk forum and see what people
think about making a --enable-distributions option.

I have cgminer running my Block Erupter Prisma 1.4Ths on Rasbian Jessie
built with only the mentioned options.
