[Pkg-bitcoin-devel] Stepping down from maintenance of electrum

Hello Team,

I've stepped down from the maintenance of the electrum packaging. I was
not at all active in its maintenance and haven't been a user of the
package. Since I don't have time to contribute to keep it in good shape
its better for me to give up the package.

Tristan is doing good job in keeping it in good shape along with other
pkg-bitcoin developers. I've updated the control.in file and the
changelog reflecting this change.
