it's going to have to go through the NEW queue, it's easier to go
through with changes just related to having the new
libbitcoinconcensus package than to combine it with upstream source
code change. Once ftp-masters clear it, then we're clear for 0.10.2

On a note for another thread, it may be getting to the point where we
can release the blocker. upstream is starting to support some earlier
releases and has been doing a good job documenting the changelog. It's
still a little scary to have stale unsupported packages in stable, but
hopefully we can find a way to let users know that new releases will
be in backports/stable-updates so they should have it enabled. We can
always try it out and pull it back before next debian release if it
doesn't look like it will work.
