Yes, 2.5.4-1 will be the last one. The transitions can complete with
this one, it covers pretty much everything critical and should be able
to produce valid transactions and work smooth for long in the future,
as opposite with 1.9.8 which is useless.

Right, no sense to backport an older version due to the nature of hte
fixes.
