[Pkg-bitcoin-devel] Updating bitcoind in Debian sid

Dear maintainers,

Since bitcoind hasn't been updated to 0.11.2, I'd like to know if I can
help in any way or form. The amount of miners mining version 4 blocks is
almost high enough for BIP66 to get into effect, but many nodes still need
to update.
