See https://bugs.debian.org/812275 -- bitcoin 0.12 doesn't build correctly
with gcc-6; but version 0.13 looks like it does and is currently in
experimental. In any event, http://bugs.debian.org/718272 prevents
bitcoin from being included in a release anyway.

Can this bug be merged with 812275?
