You are using a version that produces transactions which have invalid
signatures.

Please upgrade to Electrum 2.7.12 by downloading it directly from
https://electrum.org or using python pip.

Thanks. The ports for Debian stable are not very compatible with the
release cycle of Electrum wallet unfortunately, so better install it
from the source website and always make sure you are running the latest
version, to have as many bugs fixed as possible.
