After electrum upgrade from 2.9.3-1 to 3.0.3-1 electrum is unable to load the
trezor plugin.
The client shows a popup with the following text:
"Cannot find python library for 'trezor'.
Make sure you install it with python3"
The required dependency python3-trezor is upgraded from python-trezor and is
installed
