I intend to package lnd, the Lightning Network Daemon.

This is intended to stay in unstable for a while, but will still be
useful to have in Debian.

I am putting pkg-bitcoin in CC as they may find that interesting, but I
will package this under pkg-go.

I have already started working on dependencies. I have recently uploaded
the following:
 - golang-github-btcsuite-btclog
