I was able to track (well, I guess I was able to...) why I could not install the latest bitcoin 0.7.2-2 and that has noting to do with the description/blog post from Petter.</div><div style>The reason is that I do not have Git installed and the package is not yet released.</div>

Perhaps you can write some?<br>

What kind of error message did you get?  Perhaps you are missing the<br>
build dependencies?  The build worked for me, so I am unsure what to<br>
recommend.<br>
