arm is also failing. I'm not entirely sure why, it looks like a gcc/g++
problem, but g++ is dependend upon by build-essential so I'd expect for
libstdc++ to be present also.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
