[Pkg-blender-maintainers] Bug#371829: blender: In Outliner window, no links (lines) between Datablocks are shown

In the Outliner window, no links (in the form of lines) between Datablocks are shown, even though they exist.

For example, start a project from scratch, and switch to the Outliner window. There should be links between "scene" 
and "camera", and "scene" and "lamp", etc.
