Just committed this diff, minus the urgency=high part. This isn't
needed, as blender is only uninstallable in Unstable, so it doesn't need
to propagate to Testing any speedier than any other normal upload.
Furthermore, even if it were uploaded with urgency=high, it would be
blocked by ffmpeg which currently is at 5 out of 10 days. If the RMs
should ever decide to speed up this transition, they can easily set
appropriate hints.


Now building the package which will take some time. Barring any vetoes
to arrive in the meantime, I'm going to upload as soon as the build is
finished.
