AFAIR we were waiting for additional comments (Wouter?) on whether
blender's copyright is appropriately reflected in debian/copyright. So
far nobody expressed disapproval, but you never know ...

Anyway, let's just skip 2.43 now that 2.44 has been released.

Current CVS looks fine in my eyes. I'll take some time today/tomorrow to
apply this to 2.44, fix bug#424145 (blender: FTBFS if built twice in a
row; could even be severity "serious") and, as long as everything looks
right, upload to unstable. Any vetoes?

Further task, once this is done: anybody with a amd64, ia64, s390 or
powerpc box willing to test 2.44 against bug#417491 (FTBFS with GCC 4.3:
missing #includes)? A new-enough gcc-snapshot is available only on those
archs, and I just have my trusty 7-years-old i386 ...

Cheers,
Flo
