Looks like they weren't pushed. Anway, I've applied them locally
(git-am) and pushed them, along with the following changes:

Author: Cyril Brulebois <cyril.brulebois at enst-bretagne.fr>
    Update timestamp.
Author: Cyril Brulebois <cyril.brulebois at enst-bretagne.fr>
    Remove debian/NEWS.
Author: Cyril Brulebois <cyril.brulebois at enst-bretagne.fr>
Add -W to blender-fullscreen.desktop to effectively run Blender fullscreen.
Author: Cyril Brulebois <cyril.brulebois at enst-bretagne.fr>
    Remove debian/README.Alioth-CVS.
Author: Cyril Brulebois <cyril.brulebois at enst-bretagne.fr>
Add a “User-visible changes” section at the beginning of the changelog.
Author: Cyril Brulebois <cyril.brulebois at enst-bretagne.fr>
Close #462116 in the changelog, the patch was disabled in 2.45-1 for no valid reason.
Author: Florian Ernst <florian_ernst at gmx.net>
Drop myself from Uploaders as I'm hardly active anymore
Author: Florian Ernst <florian_ernst at gmx.net>
    debian/rules: drop installing linda overrides

I don't really recall what I thought the gcc patch was merged upstream.
Actually, I forwarded it to upstream, and maybe thought that it was
merge in 2.45 already… Anyway, that bug should be fixed by now.

For your convenience, I've prepared a source package at
http://kibi.dyndns.org:8082/~kibi/blender/blender_2.45-2.dsc

Cheers,
