gnome-bluetooth depends on python2.{3,4}-btctl so basically it is necessary to
port libbtctl to new python policy and let it enter the archive. 
gnome-bluetooth needs to (build-)depend on libbluetooth2, after that can go in,
of course it needs to wait for libbtctl to hit the archive.
Both packages (g-b and libbtctl) are at the latest upstream version (0.7 and
0.6, respectively)

I'm not personally interested in gnome-bluetooth but you are welcome to work on
it if you want. just tell me your alioth account and I'll add you to the group,
we are using svn-buildpackage svn tree layout.
