Recently I had a simular question, it is
at http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/apt-proxy-devel/2007-July/000192.html
with some luck applies the answer also for bluetooth stuff.

That only needs "checkout"

  svn checkout svn://svn.debian.org/further/part/of/the/url
