I'm downgrading this bug, hope you don't mind, since it doesn't affect all
users.
I'm CCing kdebluetooth maintainer to see if he has an idea of what's going on,
it seems rather strange that hcitool scan works but not kdebluetooth and only
with a specific dongle, any ideas?
