[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#384170: bluez-utils: missing dependency on dbus?

Hello, after upgrading my testing system I found out that hcid does not
start anymore.  Running /etc/init.d/bluetooth start gives the following
in /var/log/syslog:

hcid[6471]: Can't open system message bus connection: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: No such file or directory

installing the dbus package corrected the problem.  Maybe bluez-utils
should depend on dbus?
