[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] libbtctl licensing issues

I'm finally back from holidays now..

I've gone through all the files of libbtctl and found the following issues:

* src/btctl-discovery-source.c is copyright year 2993 Edd Dumbill,
should probably be 2003. No big deal, but should be corrected upstream
for correctness.

* in src/obexsdp.c, it is a bit unclear whether the current file is
copyright Maxim Krasnyansky <maxk at qualcomm.com>, Stephen Crane
<steve.crane at rococosoft.com>, or the file it is based on. Also, was
BlueZ really LGPL back then? If not, the full license should be
included (and copied to debian/copyright)

* the same goes for src/obex-server-source-private.h. I am not in a
position to confirm whether the work it was based on is LGPL and the
rightful copyrightholders are listed.

* The files
src/btctl-discovery-test.c
src/btctlimpl.c
src/bthelper.c
src/obex-client-source-test.c
src/obex-client-source.c
src/obex-server-source-test.c
src/obex-server-source.c
src/obexsdp.c
should probably be licensed under the GPL and not LGPL2.1 since they
link to bluez-libs, which is licensed under GPL.

No big things here, in other words. Most of the files are LGPL, the
rest are GPL and main license is GPL, which is OK in my understanding.

I've modified debian/copyright to show GPL as main license, included
licenses from the source code and listed Edd Dumbill as author, while
copyright holders are Edd Dumbill and Marcel Holtmann.

Any comments?
