[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#361038: mostly fixed

Hi,
README is removed, but due to a bug in debhelper and cdbs ( 242834 ) README is
included in md5sums but removed from the package.
moreover I couldn't convince cdbs to include README.Debian on every binary
package... any clue?
