Hi,
I am a bit reluctant about installing ciptool setuid, I agree that it should
conform more to the rest of isdn stuff though.
I would consider adding a README.ciptool with the instruction for the user to
make the necessary modifications (i.e. chown root.dialout /usr/bin/ciptool &&
chmod u+s /usr/bin/ciptool)
