hoi :)

It's nice to have some UI for connecting BlueTooth devices but the
bt-applet panel icon is just passive.  I'd expect a bluetooth icon
on my panel to show a list of bluetooth devices or anything.
After all, we are not Windows and do not need a tray icon to show
that some program is running ;-)
