[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#386132: bluez-utils: please remove the sysvinit dependency

The bluez-utils package depends on the sysvinit package. I am in the
process of introducing a sysvinit alternative[0], and the given
dependency is an obstacle in my way.

As I understand it, the dependency was introduced to work around a
complication during the introduction of invoke-rc.d. It can hence be
considered legacy and obsolete by now.

Thus, please remove the sysvinit dependency from bluez-utils. If you
see problems, please contact me so we can resolve them by whatever
means are necessary.

Also, please keep in mind that a versioned conflict is sometimes more
appropriate than a versioned dependency.
