[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#386132: sysvinit dependency

Hi Edd, hi Filippo!

As new maintainer of the upstart package, I wanted to ask you, if you
already had time to take a look at this issue and if it is possible to
drop the dependency on sysvinit (if necessary replacing it with a
versioned conflict).
I'll gladly offer my help if needed.
