[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#418540: Should document -x (experimental) option of hcid

Hi.

hcid supports the -x flag for "experimental" option, which allows it to
interoperate whith DBUS AFAICT (see 412751 for need of such option).

I think this should be documented in man and maybe in --help usage
notice.
