[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Please add debian/watch files

Hello Bluetooth Team :),

I'm back from my holidays and have just seen the "svnbuildstat", I like
that tool. On [0] you can see the overview for our team. The statistics
aren't really interesting since the "Synced with upstream" field is
useless for most packages since we don't have debian/watch files. I
think this would be a practical help for us to track that stuff.
Please add such a debian/watch file for the next package you work on in
SVN. :)
