[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] bluez way too old

Hello people!
    I've been waiting for the bluez stack to be updated since some
time now but there doesn't seem to be anything happening. For example,
the version of bluez-utils in debian testing is 0.13 while the latest
upstream stable release is 3.22. Can you please do something about
this situation?
