[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] New upstream versions of bluez-utils

Hi maintainers,

The version of bluez-utils in Sid is 3.24-1. This contains a bug [0]
that I for one am experiencing. But I probably am not the only one.

While waiting for 3.25---which I presume will include the possible
fix---3.26 was released upstream. I am kindly inquiring as to whether
there are any plans for upgrading?
