[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#489038: bluez-utils: Please build dfutool and maybe other utilities?

I've noticed that some utilities available in the configure script are
not being built. The one I noticed specifically is dfutool, but some of
the others look like they're not being built either.

I think it'd be nice to build the full set of available utilities with
the package, to save local rebuilds.
