[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] leaving pkg-bluetooth

Hi folks,
judging from the increasing number of bugs in bluez it has become more than
clear that I have no time to maintain it properly, I'm also quite busy right
now.
If someone wants to pick it up (Andrea has shown some interest lately) that
would be awesome, otherwise I'm thinking about putting at least bluez packages
up for adoption if nobody is interested.
