[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#539361: bluez: new upstream release available

A couple new versions of bluez have been released (currently, the
latest is 4.46).  It would be good to have this in debian.

Also, it would be nice to have bluez 4.x in testing.  Is there any
particular reason why it shouldn't be allowed to migrate to testing?
If not, I'm more than happy to contact debian-release to request an
update..
