i can believe this package itself only can receive files when
gnome-user-share are installed, but this need to works with DBUS options for
activate the ODS receive server.

in newer versions of gnome-bluetooth 2.27, this remove gnome-obex-server,
and include bluetooth-applet like a part of their
the bug of debian say something about this, because this bug are from
bluetooth-applet code, with a test-ods-server this works fine.
