Package: bluez
Version: 4.40-2
Severity: wishlist
RedHat developed a feature for bluez to start bluetooth daemon only if
a bluetooth adapter is detected, it is based on udev, which allow also
to start the daemon later when an adapter is detected.
The "upstream" bug is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=484345
I created a bug for bluez component on luanchpad for ubuntu
(https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/381060) it contains the patch
against the current version shipped by karmic. I would liek to see it
applied in debian so we continue to share the same package.
I'm not really experienced hacker so please review carefully it :)
