[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#520717: bluez-gnome: send/recieve files don't do anything without gnome-bluetooth

The file sending and receiving features don't seem to do anything unless the
user installs the separate gnome-bluetooth package, and launches "Bluetooth
File Sharing" from the Applications menu.

This should probably be depended on by bluez-gnome, and launched and killed
automatically as file sharing is enabled/disabled.
