  * New upstream release.

    - bumped standards-version to 3.8.4. No changes needed.
  * Add man files.
    bluetooth-agent.1, l2test.1.
  * Update libbluetooth3.symbols.
    hci_bustostr at Base , hci_read_inq_response_tx_power_level at Base
    hci_typetostr at Base ,sdp_get_supp_feat at Base
    sdp_set_supp_feat at Base
