Hi,

I'm trying to setup a network structure composed of a bluetooth device
(e.g. mobile phone) and a notebook. For this purpose, I was planning to
use PAN, but in Squeeze, it is written as follows.

  $ cat /etc/default/bluetooth
  ...
  # Older daemons like pand dund and hidd can be found in bluez-compat package as
  # they are deprecated and provided for backward compatibility only.
  ...

  $ zcat /usr/shared/doc/bluez/README.Debian.gz
  ...
  The bluez-compat package includes old legacy daemons such as dund, pand and hidd
  for enabling dial-up, ethernet networking and input devices over bluetooth.
  ...

So, what's to recommend way of enabling ethernet networking between
bluetooth devices? I installed bluez-compat, but this time there is no
/etc/bluetooth/hcid.conf file. I'm totally lost. Any suggestions?

Regards.
