Does your machine find bluetooth host ?
You can confirm it by the following commands.

$ ls /sys/class/bluetooth/
hci0  hci0:11  hci0:12  l2cap  rfcomm  rfcomm_dlc  sco
$ hciconfig
hci0:	Type: BR/EDR  Bus: USB
	BD Address: 00:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX  ACL MTU: 1017:7  SCO MTU: 64:1
	UP RUNNING PSCAN ISCAN 
	RX bytes:362522 acl:20822 sco:0 events:1034 errors:0
	TX bytes:1151 acl:33 sco:0 commands:47 errors:0

Please send a result of usb-devices when you cannot find it and use usb dongle of bluetooth.
