[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#628765: bluez: conflict with `/lib/udev/hid2hci` in `udev` 167-3

Dear Debian folks,


I am having udev on hold because of some reported errors with newer
versions. Therefore `udev` 167-3 is still installed and upgrading fails
with the following error.

	[…]
	Vorbereitung zum Ersetzen von bluez 4.93-1 (durch .../archives/bluez_4.93-3_i386.deb) ...
	Stopping bluetooth: disabled..
	Ersatz für bluez wird entpackt ...
	dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten von /var/cache/apt/archives/bluez_4.93-3_i386.deb (--unpack):
	 Versuch, »/lib/udev/hid2hci« zu überschreiben, welches auch in Paket udev 167-3 ist
	configured to not write apport reports
		                                    dpkg-deb: Fehler: Unterprozess einfügen wurde durch Signal (Datenübergabe unterbrochen (broken pipe)) getötet
	postinst called with unknown argument `abort-upgrade'

`bluez` should specify what version of `udev` it depends on. I guess
this is also important for backporting.
