This looks like the same problem as #643321.
Would you perform the following?
And what kind of result you brought, or do you let me know and get?

sudo  mv /etc/dbus-1/system.d/bluetooth.conf.dpkg-remove
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/bluetooth.conf
sudo  /etc/init.d/dbus restart # X server may be finished.
sudo  /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
restart bluedevil
