[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#668845: bluetooth: When sending a file from mobile to pc transfer speed is limited to 27 B/s

Package: bluetooth
Version: 4.99-2
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

When I am trying to send a file from my mobile phone (Samsung i900 windows
mobile 6.5) to my pc via bluetooth, transfer speed do not increase more than 27
B/s. In other words, although blueman (v1.23 or 1.21) shows a green icon and
the phone say that saying that sending file, nothing is send to the computer.
For example when I tried to send a small 47 KB file to my computer after 1 hour
my phone was showing that it is still sending the file and computer was showing
that it is still receiving the file but actually nothing was send.

To solve this problem I tried to compile version 3.2.15 of the vanilla kernel.
I switched from LMDE stable to debian sid and updated the bluetooth and bluez
and blueman packages but it did not solve the problem.

Actually, I spend a week to solve this problem. I googled a lot but did not
found a solution to this problem. I've read debian, gentoo and arch bluetooth
manuals. I this at this point there nothing more to do on my side to do or
learn and I think this problem is a software problem. To make you sure I should
say that I have tested my hardware in windows and it works as it should be. I
have also tested a new usb bluetooth and it did not solve the problem either.
