[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#661879: libbluetooth-dev: FTBFS patch not found in svn

I encountered these same errors when trying to build dolphin-emu (not yet in
Debian), so I wanted to test your patch. I see you claim to have fixed this in
svn, and the svn log does indicate this:

New upstream release. Remove some patches. 
  
Applied to version 4.99.
- 09_fix_compile_with_C++.patch
- 10-audio-Fix-disabling-local-A2DP-endpoints-when-UNIX-s.patch

However, when I examine debian/patches/series, it includes this slightly
differently named file:

09_fix_ftbfs_with_c99.patch

When I look in debian/patches/ for that patch I see only a file named
'09_fix_ftbfs_with' and it is empty! Some sort of finger-fumble here?

Please provide the actual patch to fix this problem in svn and I will be happy
to test it.
