Hi,

Please check whether the hci device has started.
$ sudo hciconfig  hci0
hci0:	Type: BR/EDR  Bus: USB

if device was down, please start up.
$ sudo hciconfig hci0 up

And please tell me the output of "hciconfig -a hci0" .
