BlueZ 5 has new 'neard' plugin for handling out-of-band pairing which replaced 
dbusoob plugin. This plugin allows BlueZ to register itself to NFC neard 
daemon as agent for NFC to BT handover.

No further configuration is needed from BlueZ side to enable touch-to-pair BT 
experience.
