Starting with version 3.12 Gnome  no longer supports bluez 4, which is
understandable given bluez 4 was deprecated since the end of 2012 :).

Given that it looks like KDE is indeed supporting bluez 5 with the latest
version of bluedevil it would be great if the bluez 4 to 5 transition could be
started soon (so bluez 5 can be shipped nicely tested in jessie)
