[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#758979: bluez: bluetoothd should not create FIFOs in /tmp

bluetoothd creates a FIFO at /tmp/hogsuspend.  /tmp is neither a good
nor an FHS-compliant place to create sockets and FIFOs.  They should be
created in /var/run instead.
