Hi, Michael.
Thanks for your infomation.
I enabled the hciX in bluetooth.init in previous versions.
I will revert this function and remove udev rules in next version.
For systemd , I will enable using the ExecStartPre in bluetooth UNIT.
Please let me know if there is a better way other.
