[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] libasound_module_pcm_bluetooth.so missing after upgrade to jessie

i just upgraded my debian wheezy host to jessie.  after that, bluetooth
audio stopped working.

when i try to play something, i get

$ aplay test/gong.wav 
ALSA lib dlmisc.c:252:(snd1_dlobj_cache_get) Cannot open shared library
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/alsa-lib/libasound_module_pcm_bluetooth.so

and when i restart bluetooth, i get to syslog
