Hi, please find attached a manpage for gatttool tool.

It has been created with the command:
help2man -N -n "tool for accessing the \"services\" running on the bluetooth device"  gatttool --version-string=v5.23 > gatttool.1

it is based on the help of the command, I hope it is useful enough, at least as it is for my usage.

I don't provide a complete debdiff, since the packaging patch is trivial:
move the file into debian/manpages
echo "debian/manpages/gatttool.1" >> debian/bluez.manpages
